At Posada, supportive services are at the heart of everything we do. We meet individuals and families experiencing homelessness where they are—offering guidance, resources, and advocacy so every person has a real path toward stability, independence, and hope.

Comprehensive Case Management

Clients work one-on-one with a dedicated case manager who helps them:

Set achievable goals
Access public benefits and services
Secure identification and documentation
Overcome barriers to housing and stability

Our case managers provide consistent support and accountability while empowering clients to move forward at their own pace.

Housing Navigation

Posada helps clients secure safe affordable housing and helps prevent homelessness through:

Security deposit assistance is supported by grant funding and provided to households that meet eligibility requirements
Rental arrears grants are provided to households that meet eligibility requirements
Navigation of the complex journey back to stable housing

Our goal is to ensure every transition into housing happens with dignity and confidence.
