Through housing, guidance, and ongoing support, Norman House helps young adults build a sustainable path forward.
GRANT ADMINISTRATION
Posada has demonstrated a strong capacity to adapt its resources to evolving community needs while intentionally diversifying funding to support long-term sustainability. In response to Pueblo County’s critical shortage of affordable housing, the organization has made housing development a strategic priority.
Posada collaborates with local and state agencies, community partners, and philanthropic funders to pursue competitive grants, leverage public and private funding, and align projects with funder priorities and community needs. Participation in coordinated planning efforts, including the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, strengthens alignment with shared outcomes and increases grant competitiveness.
These strategic partnerships expand housing opportunities for low-income and unhoused individuals while maximizing collective impact to reduce homelessness and housing instability across Pueblo County.

Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)
