Villa Andrea was built in 2007 with Tax Credits that were awarded by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development.
CHFA regularly audits Villa Andrea to ensure compliance with all Colorado housing regulations and laws. CHFA also provides training, classes, and certifications that support strong housing compliance and best practices.

Rio Sacramento of Pueblo

We finished development of Rio Sacramento of Pueblo in 2003 after acquiring the property in June of 2001. The 40-unit apartment complex is comprised of 14 2-bedroom units and 26 3-bedroom units, and was upgraded with thoughtful improvements to capital and safety, including:

Central Air Units installed in all units

Parking lot upgrades in the form of resurfacing, restriping, and the addition of speed bumps

Security cameras and exterior lighting throughout the apartment complex

Rio Sacramento has also been given a refresh with new roofing and the repair of its stucco.

Monterey Apartments

Posada acquired Monterey Apartments in July 2008 and completed a $280,000 renovation. We upgraded the 16-unit complex by adding new coin-operated washers and dryers to the on-site laundry room, building garden beds in the patio area, and installing sturdy fencing around the patio’s perimeter.

Castle Royal 73-79

Castle Royal is a two-building property, with numbers 65 – 71 having been acquired in November of 2021 and numbers 73 – 79 following suit just a month later. Each building consists of 4 2-bedroom units and houses 3 adults.
Across both buildings, we upgraded the units with all new:

In November of 2020, Posada acquired the motel that we would later develop into Sunset Senior Housing. The transformation and development of this stable housing for seniors was concluded in March of 2023, and we were subsequently able to provide secure homes for 18 seniors within its 16 1-bedroom units. Some of the upgrades we’ve completed on the property include:

Robert J Myscofski (724 E Fifth St)

In 1993, Posada acquired the property on E. Fifth Street, which was later dedicated to Robert J. Myscofski in 2001. This four-unit new construction building consists of two-bedroom units and received several quality-of-life upgrades, including:

Luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in all 4 units

A newly fabricated exterior metal stairway was installed
We also performed upgrades to the units’ energy efficiency through air sealing and insulating the attic space, and installing High Efficiency Heat Pump HVAC systems that allowed for the removal of all swamp coolers and the addition of central air systems.

Hudson Homes for Heroes

Posada acquired Hudson Homes for Heroes in November 2012, adding its 12 one-bedroom and 4 efficiency (studio) apartments to the affordable, secure housing we are proud to offer the community. To enhance the property’s safety and comfort, we installed metal security fencing and added exterior lighting throughout the lot.
